You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

You retain ownership of the business data you upload or connect. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you, such as processing invoices and calculating costs.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Modules can be added or removed, and your charges adjust accordingly.

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trials, if offered, do not require a credit card, and no charge applies unless you choose to continue.

The Service is provided as is. Smooth Ops supports your operations and calculations but does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service, including pricing and financial decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Smooth Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
